Simplifying the process of getting to school
MadTravelers needed to repackage their luggage forwarding service for collegiate freshman trying to solve the age old problem of “How do I get my stuff to school?” The mandate was to create a new brand targeted at the college audience, and create a website that would market the service and help customers sign up for their service, which required significant data, such as locations and dates.
The focus of the website was on two key points: explaining how the service works, and letting users sign up effortlessly. By using multiple media formats including copy, video and images, we introduced the idea of outsourcing the logistical headaches, so that you can arrive without all the baggage, and enjoy the move in experience. Ship2School’s signup process is now a slick and fun, multi-step process allowing interested users to receive a custom quote and sign up for the service in a simple, fast, and un-intimidating way.
Starting a Family:
Ship2School required a unique brand that would appeal to the family of a freshman college student. MadTravelers plans a family of brands, and challenged us to begin a system that would allow them to market several differen-yet-related products to unique audiences.
